Exclamation question about meteor shower

I've heard a lot of people talk about the skill "Meteor Storm". I know this sounds noobish, but...

...where do you get it ?

Ok, thanks a lot. Because from what I've heard, it must be really good.

be warned though, meteor shower cost 25 energy to cast and causes exhaustion. I would suggest you also get meteor.
If you need help finding any skills, most of them are listed here:

Pretty useful imo

While there is the somewhat steep energy cost and exaustion, it is good for solo farming as an elementalist primary. Especially against all melee monsters...

I tried metoer shower out, but found it was so expensive, and took to long to recharge, that i have actually gone back to using firestorm.

See you need to use all of the skills available to your class - Glyph of Energy -"your next spell costs 20 less energy and does NOT cause exhaustion" - the cure for the common Meteor Shower downside :-)

And GoE recharges in less than 10secs :-)

E/Me's Echo Nuking Meteor Showers, 200 damage a second on Bladed Aatxes, Good Game.

Meteor Shower does indeed cost a lot of Energy, but it is the BEST PvE spell. Good Elementalists have 80 or more Energy. Try Echo Nuking, 140 Energy, and we'll see who needs some Blood is Power.

At higher levels Firestorm is simply too weak, plus Meteor Shower knocks them down.

Glyph of Energy is a good skill but it isn't really easy to get... you have to venture up to Granite Citadel (which most people don't) and go Skill Capturing out in the Mineral Springs.

If you don't understand what Echo Nuking is, take a look here:

How the hell did you manage that?
1st is the real skill, 2nd is echo and 3rd is arcane echo, what's the 4th?

Arcane Mimicry could do it.

True GoE isn't "easy" to get in terms of it's capture location, but there are usually enough people in the citadel looking to go capping so it's not hard to obtain really.

And yes, E/Mes makes for a great combo to MASS Nuke a mob with Meteor Shower....and THAT my friend is why GoE is GREAT!! 4 backtobacktobacktoback MS's eats that energy up fast, but if you use GoE for the first & 3rd...you keep 40 out of the base 100 energy spent and 1/2 the exhaustion....so that you can possibly throw a few 100pt fireballs or 130pt Phoenix's in there for good measure!

Imagine the combo for spiking echo/chain/glyph/arcanceecho/chain etc. Mix that in with the few other Lightening attacks you bring.....everyone's hair would be standing on end

I'm Primary E/Mo and use Fire Storm and Meteor Shower all the time. Usually by the time both have been cast, they are pretty close to being able to be recast. I've got about 70 energy so casting both do not completely drain me. Early on though at lower levels, yes it did but for the damage caused... its a good skill all the same.

You got Glyph of Lesser Energy. Don't be so quick to contradict people without... gah, never mind. Anyway, Meteor Shower goes great with Echo and Arcane Echo; you'll be able to spam one after the other. It also reduces (with some tricky skill timing) Meteor Shower's recharge to 20 seconds, because of the 3 you can cycle.
